Great Pull Buoy for Lap Swimming
I’ve been using this Speedo pull buoy for several months now and it’s become a staple in my swim lessons . The figure-eight shape fits comfortably between thighs and stays in place without shifting mid-lap, which was a problem I had with cheaper alternatives.The foam is dense and durable — no waterlogging or compression even after heavy use. It provides just the right amount of buoyancy to keep my hips elevated so I can focus entirely on my upper body stroke and catch without fighting my body position.The black colorway looks sleek and holds up well without fading. It’s also easy to spot in a crowded swim bag.Bottom line: Solid, no-frills pull buoy from a trusted swim brand. Does exactly what it’s supposed to do. Would recommend to swimmers of all levels.

It works well... for a youth competitive swimmer practices

Works as advertised
I used this while swimming after an ACL repair surgery. It worked exactly as described - kept my legs afloat and kept me from having to or wanting to kick, while still getting a decent swim workout. It fit my 5'10" body easily, and I'm sure it'd fit just about any avg size adult perfectly.
