Home Cinema Experience for under £200!
After hours upon hours of research, I soon came to understand what I needed from a projector. Although willing to go to the next price bracket for full 4K etc, I felt that the reviews for this product plus features of the projector were worthy enough for me to test it out.... and the product hasn't let me down. For sub £200, I now have a 250cm+ wide home cinema in my bedroom (size only limited to the size fo the room). Connecting my Amazon fire was a breeze, as was connecting to wifi on the very responsive and easy to navigate internal software. Keystone adjustments onto my 45 degree loft bedroom wall was completed in a couple of minutes, just in time to test Deadpool, and watch Book of Eli... very impressed. Okay, so if you have a modern TV with all the extras, OLED, HDR etc, you won't get the depth of colour with this BUT it's a very strong picture and a real exciting cinema experience overall. The only issue I had was with syncing my Bluetooth speaker using the protector's Bluetooth function. It created audio lag, as did the test using the AV 3.5m Jack. However this was easily rectified by disconnecting the bluethooth through the projectors operating system and reconnecting from my firestick. Audio sync is perfect. Fan noise was also a concern from all my research but I'm pleased to say that you don't even hear it most of the time. It's similar to having a PC tower humming away. Very manageable and largely unnoticed when the film is running. Speakers within the projector are very accomplished for the price too. Nice sounding, I just prefer my £400 VIFA Olso speaker. Conclusion: One of the best products I've purchased for under £200... why didn't I do this years ago? Look no further!

Excellent picture quality and nice and bright
Hi, I took a long time looking over different projector's that met my needs, which was to play my DVD's and Blu-ray's through. I eventually chose the Toptro X1 LED 1080p projector. I was not disappointed not only does it project a fantastic bright clear picture, it also has an excellent built in speaker, and plenty of connection points including 2 USB ports and 2 HDMI inputs. I use the projector on a 100inch screen from a distance of about 10 feet and it is perfect. The fan is not to loud and the sound from the speaker drowns it out anyway. This projector is well made and asthetically pleasing so doesn't look out of place sitting in my living room. This really is great value for money and comes complete with full easy to read instructions, a well made padded storage/carry bag to keep it safe, a HDMI cable, AV cables, power cable, lense cap, lense cloth, and remote control with batteries. This projector really does have it all. Buy with confidence, you won't be disappointed. Highly recommended.

Great product and value for money
Had this for a couple of months now so feel better informed to review. Projector is a little larger than I expected but not problematic. I was attracted by the 4D keystone and that hasn’t disappointed. I’ve mounted this on our man-cave ceiling (universal mount) and it was easy to set up and adjust to ensure the picture fitted the 100” screen we have. I was worried by some reviews about the noise but, as others have said, once you start watching a programme or film the soundtrack is all you hear, so that’s fine. The picture is good, but not as clear as HD on a TV - friends have said the picture is sharper than smaller cheaper projectors they have. Not had to use customer service but good to know there is support available if needed. Overall, I’d be happy to recommend.

A first class projector… not to be missed !
This projector exceeded my expectations on value and performance. It was very easy to set up and the remote control facility did everything as promised. The photo shows it connected to a vhs player for watching old home movies. When connected to a 1080p source, the picture quality is true HD. It performed well on all inputs including WiFi and Bluetooth. Sound is acceptable but I connected it to a soundbar via the headphone output. I did try it with a Bluetooth connected soundbar but the latency was beginning to show with a slight lag on lip sync.. Overall, this is an excellent purchase. The images are bright and the colours are vibrant. The projected image size was easily 100” at about 10ft. from the screen. The carrying case is perfect and keeps the projector well protected. The instructions are very clear and the promise of a free screen in the handbook is true . Great supporting service there from the makers.. I spent many hours researching the market and this one is a clear winner. The price is amazing , not to be missed.. give it a go..

Lovely really happy
I have a rendered garage in the back garden and wanted to do a movie night for my family, I watched a number of reviews on YouTube for a cheap projector and found this to be the best for the money so decided to buy it and give it a try. The review I watched mentioned the Bluetooth connection for a Bluetooth speaker wasn't very good but I haven't had a issue with it, it was easy to connect and the volume can be changed by the remote for the projector. I just put the volume on full on the Bluetooth speaker and turn it up and down with the remote. It does have a built in speaker which is fine but I do like a little more bass so opted for the Bluetooth speaker. It has 2 hdmi ports which I connected my firestick to and the USB part of the firestick plugged into 1 of the 2 USB ports on the back. The picture quality is spot on plenty of colour and contrast quite sharp clear picture but you have to remember the price point of this item. It's still a good quality picture at around 100 to 150 inch, I haven't purchased a screen and I'd say the picture would be alot better if I did but I'm happy and the render is fine for what I want out of it. All I need now is some pop corn and hotdogs and dark nights to come back so we can watch a film in the garden before 10pm. I hope this review helps as I spent about 4days looking for the right one to buy and I'm happy I chose this one I'm not disappointed, just remember the price point when it come down to the picture quality if you want FULL ON HD 4K SPEND ALOT MORE MONEY. On the photos you can see it's not fully dark and the picture is fine.

Very nice picture quality
As soon as it arrived i open the box and i was pretty impressed with the projector built quality and its bag. I was doubtful about the picture quality and home screen but i was really happy when i saw the picture quality. Home screen is also decent with very simple and easy to use UI. I conected my laptop with HDMI cable and it worked like a charm. Although miracast did had some lag with my old android phone but might be due to poor wifi connection. Bluetooth function was really easy and i could connect my wireless headfone in no time. Overall with its price tag (i got addition £50 discount from amazon as voucher) i am really happy and would recommend it to everyone who wanns get home projector with minimum cost. Worth telling that native 1080 P display works like a charm. SO far i am using home waall as screen. i am sure picture quality will be much better if you use proper projector screen. Ovrall 4.5 start out of 5. Thanks TopTro.

Great and not so great - I’m split.
To be honest I’m a bit torn about this projector. Maybe I’m a little ocd because I work in tv and monitor video all the time, so am constantly checking quality of video/audio. So here’s an honest opinion of what I found: - Great screen size. I have a 120” screen - on a desk the projector needs to be a minimum of 5 meters away. I’ve now got it 6 meters away and have used 4D correction to get it to fit nicely. - Noise of projector isn’t that bad. You tend to forget about it after a while. - Focus is clear for things close up, probably for animations as well. What frustrated me is the projector clearly can’t focus on details that are long distance. For example, watching football, players close up or in slow motion are fine. But on a wide shot, although the players look in focus, the lines of the pitch can look a little jaggered. The same thing happened with the stairs in the stadium whilst the match was on, they started flickering which is a little distracting. - Bluetooth found my sound bar no problem, however the audio wasn’t in sync. The only way i bypassed this was to have a 2x2 hdmi matrix where I could take optical audio rather than Bluetooth. My plan was to have a matrix anyway, so for me this wasn’t a big deal. - Twice in the space of an hour my video dropped to black and then reappeared. Audio dropped as well. On the fact I bought a brand new HDMI cable as the one provided was too short, I can’t tell if this was an issue with the programme itself (it was live) or the projector. Only time will tell, but certainly something to keep an eye on. - As noted above, the hdmi cable is too short, as is the power cable. When you consider most people hang their projectors from ceilings with cables running down, really this should be looked into. I think they are the key things to note. However for £165 it’s a good buy, depending on it’s purpose. For movies it’s probably great. Not so much sport. The issues I’ve mentioned above do exist, and I’m undecided whether to return it or not as I don’t know if the issues I’ve listed above deem it faulty. I don’t know projectors enough to know whether those lines would be in focus on a more expensive model - maybe the seller could confirm? I can’t tell if it’s faulty or is just a consequence of it being relatively cheap.

Very verstile projector
I started looking for a cheap projector to use for a bit of fun during lockdown for a home cinema experience. My two main focuses were that the image quality be good enough to enjoy a film and that the projector itself be capable of producing a picture from multiple angles without distorting the shape of the video. I ruled out many cheaper options due to the lack of keystone correction which allows you to compensate for the angle of the projector and due to them not being native 1080p. The key feature that made me choose this projector was the 4D keystone correction and the ability to project from a side angle. This has enabled me to get a larger picture without having to move around heavy furniture. It also means that it can be easily moved to new locations and readjusted with ease. The 4D keystone correction works well and is done in the settings of the projector using the remote control. It allows you to adjust each corner of the picture until you have your desired shape. A quick note that when in "side" display mode the zoom to reduce the size of the projected image is not available. The picture quality is good for a projector on the cheaper end of the scale. I did find that the more extreme the angle of projection the less clear the edges of the image. Having said that I have watched a number of films and TV shows and haven't found this to detract in any way from the experience. I also really like the built in Bluetooth audio which allows me to pair the projector with my Amazon smart speaker and play the audio through my amp wirelessly. All in all this is good value for money and great if you don't want to spend huge amounts on a cinema grade device.
