Light In The Dark White Taper Candles 8 Inch Burns 7 Hours Set of 36

I would purchase this product again in a heartbeat. I got 36 candles that really do burn for 7+ hours. The only bug-a-boo is they drip. If I keep the candles in a stationary position, the dripping is less likely, but if I move the candles around while they are lit, they tend to drip and at a good amount too. It's always fun after I take a bath to scrap wax off the floor, the tub, and the candle holder (sarcastic of course!) But really, all in all, you can't beat the price, the hours of burning, or the ambiance!

I saw some reviews of these candles that complained about dripping, but the complaints were from people who were using them outside. Any candle will drip when used outside in a breeze. If you want dripless outdoors, you are going to have to use the LED candles. I found that indoors, where they are intended to be used, they performed flawlessly and were indeed dripless. I used them during the holidays for several parties and gatherings in my home and had no drips or smoke. Simple white candles on a dining table or a wall sconce are so elegant and beautiful. You'll like these candles for indoor use. The votive candles in this photo from Christmas dinner are also from this seller.

Candles are so expensive, I hate to invest $3-$5 each when we use a lot of them in our 8-candle dining room arrangement. So for the money, these seem to be pretty good. My only complaint is that they are small at the base so I have to use a wrap of some sort to get them to sit firmly in each candlestick. Otherwise, happy with them.

As noted by other reviewers, these candles are smaller at the base than 3/4" which for me means I have to set the candles in wax melted into the base in order for the candles to stand upright. And while these candles do drip less, they are not dripless, even protected in surrounding glass enclosures. They are still a good value for the price and performance.

The sale photo shows the candles to be one thickness candle, but the actual item I got were tapered candles where the top gets pretty thin. I stocked the candles because of recent NJ hurricane scare, and candles I got from local super market were 12" tapered and about $2 each. These are about $1 each but I would say about the half the size, therefore, no value.Candles are heavy, so the delivery fee is built into the item. I would say that looking for sale from Target or Costco may get you a better value.They look like standard quality wax, and although I haven't burned one yet, I assume they will give acceptable flame.

These candles are good for the price. They aren't high quality but I like to have candles on my dinner table every night and don't want to spend a lot and these meet my need. They don't have a strong order and burn evenly. Over all a good product for the price. I'll buy them again.

I bought these for my dinner tables at my wedding reception last month. They arrived with several candles broken. I chalked it up to cold weather in my area. Then when I put them I. The candle holders, the outer layer of wax cracked off the bottom of many. At the reception, most tapers dripped immediately and all of them burnt down to nothing by the end of dinner. They didn't even last half of the promised 7 hours. I was very disappointed. The only reason I'm giving them two stars is for the quick delivery time and the low cost. I guess you get what you pay for...

I have not timed one yet but they do indeed last a long time. Used them for a storm the blew through and tore down the power here and they done gud. I kinda like the candlelight.

These work just as advertised! we use them daily in our house, my wife loves candles and these get the job done

These candles were very satisfactory but how is it that the price first listed , around twenty seven dollars, suddenly becomes over seventy one dollars at the checkout?
