I use it every morning while getting ready. I can really feel myself waking up when it is on next to me. I haven't had any problems with it.

An older therapy light I'd had since 2018 finally needed a new bulb. In researching prices I found the bulb itself was almost the cost of an entirely new light, so I searched for something in that price range and found this product. While not the brightest I've come across, it's bright enough for my needs. I place it on my desk while working and sometimes leave it on in the background while completing other tasks. I like that it has no auto shut-off. I've built up my time with these sorts of lights and appreciate being able to just turn it on and not have to worry about turning it on again every hour or so. I like that there's a timer feature, it works well if you need a visual reminder that you need to be doing something. For instance, if I need to check on something every 15 minutes, I set the light for 15. It's portable, which was another reason I picked it up. While I wish it came with a transportation sleeve, a tablet sleeve would do just fine. Heck, I'm just moving it about in the box it came in, as it's not very wide. For the price, you'd be hard pressed to do much better. I've had these types of lights burn anywhere from 4 years to, well, less than 1. Hopefully, this won't need replacement for many years to come.

Product works well I hope it’s working for seasonal depression. It is a little larger than I thought. Nice to have different settings.

Love it! I work night shift and I take this and place it on my desk. It is pretty sturdy since I drag it around in a bag. Light weight also. The color settings allow for it to be really bright and a lower tone color if you prefer. It has a timer and the touch controls are super easy. I thought it was a good value for the money also. I’d buy again- but it still works so no need!

The natural brightness and timer features have been wonderful especially in the Midwest during winter months.

I struggle with seasonal depression and this has helped me, especially in the mornings, when I get ready in the darker hours. I notice when I start the process of getting ready with the light to when I’m finished I feel more refreshed, lighter, and feel better. There are brightness settings, and easy to use. Good value!

I like the different light settings and time setting programming, the back stand is steady and holds well. Works well. I will add a photo or video later but it Ives up to it's add description.

I really liked the color options of light. Unfortunately after awhile the touch buttons weren’t responding. Would definitely recommend if they’re able to fix this problem
