PRISMA PHOTO DISPLAY

My husband and I exchange gifts based on the traditional gift list and 7 was cooper so this was a nice frame and then I added a collage of us every year for the past 7. It’s really pretty.

These frames are an artwork in themselves. They look gorgeous hung up on the wall, no matter what the photo content inside is. We purchased two and have them side by side and they really are a conversation piece. A cute added bonus- even the nails they provide you to hang the photo are copper. :) Definitely a good price for these frames, as well.

It's a very nice frame. Although I'm concerned with hanging it, since it literally comes with a single screw. It's not the lightest frame. I'm really enjoying the style. I might not test the hanging since I don't want it to ruin the picture and glass.

When I opened the frame, the glass was broken. Otherwise it is a very nice frame.

These beautiful rose gold frames were the perfect way to display our family photos at our blush and rose gold themed wedding. We got so many compliments and are now using them in our home.

I ordered this frame and the back glass came broken. I was really excited about the frame as it looks really pretty and is easy to hang. It has rubber pieces to hold the glass in that don't really fit. Amazon directed me to the manufacturer to replace the part. The description of the item cites a satisfaction guarantee: "SATISFACTION GUARANTEED OR YOUR MONEY BACK: Umbra is committed to the highest levels of quality and excellence and stand behind every product we make. We know you’re going to love your purchase but if you’re not completely thrilled for any reason (or even no reason at all), simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we’ll happily resolve the matter or issue a full refund" I asked the manufacturer to replace the piece through a web form and did not get a response. So I sent an email and received a response 2 days later that directed me back to Amazon for a replacement of the entire item. I'm really disappointed because I feel like this is super wasteful. I also think the product has a design flaw that makes the glass easily breakable within the frame based on how the two pieces slide in and the rubber parts do not/barely fit in the frame with the glass. For a $25 frame, I think this is pretty lame service.

We got this frame to display our picture on our wedding, on the cake table. I thought it looked very good since this does not look like traditional photo frames. The metallic structure is very stylish. You just have to be careful with the glass.
