Are these food grade? I want to use them as inserts for plastic caps on drinking bottles

They are more for crafting, I wouldn't use them in a food setting.

Are these naturally nonstick because of the nature of silicone or is something added to make them nonstick?

It is due to the nature of silicone. (Nothing has been added. )

Can these be used for my counter top to sit a hot skillet/pot on?

Not sure. However I have used my silicone mat with a hot glue gun and it tipped over and was on its side with the heat element on the mat and the mat was not damaged.

How do you clean the dried epoxy?

I roll the material with my fingers to break up the epoxy. Most, if not all of the epoxy flakes off. I started using a mold release spray to make it even easier to remove any epoxy drips and spills.
