A great laptop overall
Writing on the MacBook Pro 13' M1, I have definitely been having fun with the laptop;- Performance wise It is what most people will be satisfied with, everything is very snappy (It may be a bit slow once you open a lot of heavily-demanding software, but that is rarely the case), but anything that pushes anything GPU-bound will be just a bit intense for this laptop.(I have played a few MMOs on it, and they were perfectly fine in terms of performance, FFXIV and WoW for example in my spare time, both games hovered around 40-60 FPS depending on situation, just be wary of the fan noise as it may ramp up quite loudly! Definitely not a perfect gaming laptop, but it will do.)- Design Wise it is the nicest looking laptop still, even though it has not received much design changes overall, and the touch bar still being finnicky as always (Some may like it, some won't, it's subjective.), easy to clean with my microfibre as well; I do have one nitpick though and it is the bezel around the screen, but that is just a nitpick. Also coming back to the Keyboard, it is as many people love (Did not appreciate much of the butterfly keyboard mechanism), I love the return of the Scissor switch keyboard, and It has been a joy to type on ever since.- Speaker/Microphone wise, I have not tested much of the Microphone, but I have used it between Meetings and also some Discord calls and it seems to be quite fine, people were able to understand my voice. On the speaker-side, It is perfectly acceptable, it is of course not as crazy as the speakers from the MB16' 2019 laptops, but It does get plenty loud for some casual listening, lacking the low-end just a bit that is to be expected a bit when you cram it in such a small chassis.Overall, It's a great laptop! Can't wait for the next SoC generation and the future of ARM processor development! from Apple!

Really impressed just what I have always wanted.
Was looking at the MacBook Air initially but for the price difference, didn’t see the point. The biggest surprise is the keyboard control bar, I must be the only person that loves it, makes managing apps so much easier. In terms of performance, it’s really good, haven’t really pushed it much. 8gb ram seems to be plenty and because of the new M12 chip I think it will be very future proof, at least 10 years of service as Mac’s should.Battery is great, rarely have to charge, another reason why I bought this model. Two usb c sockets is plenty and if you need more get a dock. Can’t see myself needing one.Display and sound are amazing, love the picture quality for all uses. Even better the sound especially watching Apple TV.WiFi 6 is fantastic, almost as good as being plugged in.I don’t really have anything negative to say, as I knew what I wanted from a computer and Mac fits that bill.

Impressive bit of kit!
Bought this purely for video editing, and it's fast! Much quicker at rendering files than my desktop PC. Using Imovie, my 4K videos are rendering to MP4 at almost real time! Yes, it is expensive but it also 'feels' like a premium product. Also my first time owning a Macbook. Only small gripe is the lack of ports. If you are keeping it on power, you only have one USBC port left, but you can pick up a USB3/HDMI/SD card reader combined dongle for less than £30 quid on here, which I would recommend.

Apple Macbooks are on different level.
This is my first MacBook and I have had many laptops before.I AM NOT A GAMER, only used for work and everyday tasks, and... this is soo smooth, Amazon gave me a very good price for it.If you got an iPhone and you like it, buying MacBook is a no-brainer. Yes, you're paying for the apple logo but there is nothing out there to compete with them. The laptop is extremely slim, light, and aluminum (?), and minimalistic. The software is so smooth, doesn't lag, is extremely intuitive, and doesn't have a ton of options that you don't use. Everything that you need is in the App store.Worth the price. I know. It Is worth it.

I'm in love!
All of my life I have been a Windows man. Just how stupid can one man be! I'd read all the reviews year in year out. How can anyone be stupid enough to spend that sort of money on a laptop?I am learning and learning fast. Firstly there is the superbly engineered appearance. Then there is the tasteful, almost understated, look of the product. Then fire it up; instantaneous! This laptop is so responsive. I'm in love!

Worst laptop I've ever had
The laptop was fine for almost a year - a few glitches here and there but nothing I couldn't live with. The laptop now crashes repeatedly and I have to wipe its memory and restart as a new laptop to get the apps to function again. Time Machine won't work. Then after a month they stop working again and I have to wipe it again to make the apps work. Specifically the music app is the worst for this. Once it crashes it is dead and never opens again. No fixes available. Utterly useless bit of kit that cost a fortune. This is not within normal expected lifespan for use.

High speed and powerful chip
The battery life is wonderful, has a good quality camera. The new M1 chip is not compatible with some application. In the near future the developers will solve the issues I believe.
