I love this little clock from Braun. Simple classic style with soft orange glow light with on off button. Big hands have glow in the dark tips so you can see the time without the light. Everything you need and nothing you don’t with keeping time. Feels solid, need 3 AA batteries. Good German quality clock. Worth the money compared to the junky ones that cost less.

I got two and I really love the white one. It’s so elegant and the nightlight is so subtle. However, the nightlight doesn’t really work on the black one, because it shines from behind the clock face, which means there’s no luminance because the black clock face virtually blocks all light. I thought they would have done something smart like etching on the digits to let light through, but I was overthink it and Braun didn’t do that.

I bought this clock to replace a 30+-year-old Braun alarm clock that served me well, but the alarm was losing volume. It appears to be well made and the backlighting is welcome new feature. The alarm volume is sufficient and the mechanism is easy to operate. My only disappointment is that the clock is not made in Germany like the old one.

The clock looks nice and has three features: time, alarm, back light. Although, not rocket science, it's not completely intuitive to set the alarm. You have to first have the alarm button off, and then set the alarm. Also, this part is hard to explain in words, but you have to be careful about moving the alarm hand or you'll hit resistance when alarm hand hour matches the time hour. Love this alarm so much. I bought a cheaper generic one on Amazon that looked similar—total waste. Stopped working after 2 months. You can tell this one is well made. The weighted based makes it so sturdy. The materials feel solid, not flimsy. The single sheet of clear plastic on the front is so aesthetically pleasing. The way the alarm on-off switch functions is so satisfying. Get this clock.

This is a nice-looking, minimalist, modern-looking clock. I bought it to use as a bedside clock, but its alarm is so soft I would certainly sleep past appointments so I can't use it for that. It would be fine, I suppose, to use in an open office as a clock with a meeting-time reminder. Also: the disks to set clock-time and alarm-time on the back of the clock are too tiny for my fat fingers to use easily. I'll keep the clock, but not sure why or where.

The clock is a little on the small side so it doesn't take up much room on the night table. It is easy to read and the back light makes it easy to read at night. Both the alarm and the time are easy to set and since it's battery operated a power outage won't affect it. definitely a good clock for the price.

Der Wecker ist einfach perfekt! Für mich hat er genau die richtige Größe für den Nachtisch. Der Weckton ist anfangs nicht zu laut, das ist super wenn der Partner noch weiter schlafen möchte. Wichtig ist, dass man die Griffe auf der Rückseite zum einstellen für die Uhrzeit und die Weckzeit nur in die angegebene Richtung dreht, weil sonst lauf Beschreibung was kaputt gehen kann. Ansonsten ist die Bedienung aber so einfach und Intuitiv dass man die Beschreibung nicht braucht.

It's a nice looking classical alarmclock, but it is difficult to read the numbers in dark since they are white on grey. This was quite important for me since it was a gift to my 7 year old son.

Lo compré por el diseño y ha cumplido con creces: es un Braun de líneas limpias, claramente heredero del lenguaje de Dieter Rams. En mano se ve y se siente como una pequeña pieza de diseño industrial. Me preocupaba el ruido y, tal como promete la marca, es súper silencioso: no se oye ni un clic y se puede dormir con él al lado sin problema. La iluminación nocturna me ha sorprendido para bien: incorpora un sensor que evita encenderse con luz ambiente y solo activa un resplandor bajo cuando hay poca luz, justo lo necesario para ver la hora sin deslumbrar. Por todo esto, lo recomiendo: es un objeto bonito, funcional y accesible dentro del mundo del diseño.
