“Excellent Bluetooth Adapter with Clear Sound and Long Battery Life”
I’m really impressed with this Bluetooth receiver. The setup was quick and easy, and it connected to my phone within seconds. The sound quality is surprisingly clear for such a small device, and the noise cancelling helps reduce background static while driving. I mainly use it in my car with the AUX input, and it instantly made my older stereo feel modern again. Calls are also much clearer than I expected, and the hands-free feature works great for daily commuting. The battery life easily lasts several days before needing a recharge. Overall, this is an affordable and reliable Bluetooth adapter that does exactly what it promises. Great value for the price and highly recommended for anyone wanting wireless audio in an older car or home stereo setup.

This thing works great!!!
Good value and quality. Easy to pair and operate. I use it exclusively in a 2009 Mini Cooper S since those don’t have bluetooth music capabilities. Battery life is long, it’s super compact, good sound quality with no noticeable latency. I have no regrets buying it. I highly recommend.

Excellent Bluetooth receiver for older cars
I bought this Bluetooth receiver to add wireless audio to my older car, and it has been a great upgrade. Pairing with my iPhone was quick and easy, and it reconnects automatically most of the time when I get back in the car. The sound quality is clear for both music and phone calls, and I haven’t noticed any major static or connection issues. The battery lasts long enough that I don’t have to charge it often, which is very convenient for daily driving. I also like that it’s compact and doesn’t take up much space. One small improvement would be making the status light a little less bright at night, but that’s a minor issue. Overall, it’s an affordable and reliable solution if your vehicle only has an AUX port. I’d definitely recommend it.

Overall, pretty good w/ some very minor faults
I'd really like to give this product 3.5 stars, but since that's not possible, I'll go ahead and give it 4. I am very disappointed with 2 aspects of this product. I use this device for my headphones to listen to the TV at night so I don't wake up my husband. I have a certain style of wired earbuds that I really like. Now, I know what you're all saying: why not just by Bluetooth ear buds? Well, I've tried several different styles and have yet to find a pair that are comfortable to wear while I'm lying in bed. I have allodynia - which is a neurological sensory issue which causes all of my senses to misinterpret my senses as pain - and noises and anything uncomfortable in, on or near my ears or neck can be very painful. So, I'm sticking with the headphones that work for me (for now - I'll keep looking) and just wanted to replace my Bluetooth device for a new one. My big issues with this device are this (I'll mention the pros at the end): 1. When you turn the device on, a woman SCREAMS in your ear: "Power on! Connected!" Then she SCREAMS "Power off!" when you're turning it off. And to top it all off, she SCREAMS "Battery low!" when the device is dying. I cannot stand to have my earbuds in to turn on the device or to turn it off because the announcements are SO loud - and regardless of what volume you have the device set at - she still screams very loudly - there's no way around her screaming at you. If you can get past that - then be prepared if you accidentally fall asleep or you're using the device to listen to music in the car and the device is dying and suddenly it's SCREAMING at you that the battery is low! It is very nerve watching. My old device simple made 3 quiet bloops when I turned it on or off and would repeat a group of 3 bloops (spread out) to let you know the battery was dying. 2. My old device has a tiny blue light that lit up when the device was on. This device has a blue square, nearly the size of the entire device, and it blinks on and off the ENTIRE time it is on. I have to shove the device under a blanket because it is so annoying in a darker room. (I have posted a video of the blinking light.) I'm usually pretty good about reading reviews - but either I didn't read enough of them or these things were not mentioned. So, I'm putting them first to let people know the negatives of this product. I would prefer these aspects of the device to be altered for a more user friendly device. The reason I wanted to give it another half a star off is because the battery doesn't last quite as long as I expected from what I read in item description and in the reviews (where one reviewer claimed it lasted at least a week). I don't know how infrequently people are using the device that it last that long. I would say, on average, it last about 3 days. But, maybe I use it more than they expect and therefore I can't fault it a full star and give them only 3 stars. So, now for the pros: it is extremely lightweight; it has great clarity of sound; I really appreciate the volume control (my old device went from volume 3 where you couldn't hear it, to 4 being way too loud) and with device that is not an issue. It goes up and down in volume in small increments, allowing for easy volume control; the price was reasonable; and finally, it connects easily to the TV even at a good 12 feet away - I have not had any connectivity issues (yet).

Does need to be charged, but holds a charge well!
Awesome little receiver works great for older vehicles and transmits excellent sound. Battery lasts for at least six hours so far on a single charge. Easy to connect and charge with various devices so far!

Best Investment
My car is the basic model, no Bluetooth, so I was using an aux cord but also using an adapter because of the type of phone I have, and man that was a hassle to plug in and out, I’m grateful for this little device, its compact, easy to use, sound quality for music and calls is amazing, no problems yet! And I hope not to! Battery wise, it’s great! Lasts a long time and it notifies you via voice when plugged in of course that it’s low battery, you can also charge and use it at the same time! Great investment, happy to have found this device!

Amazing Product for the Price
I actually bought this for my girlfriend since her current BT receiver would make static noises if there wasn't music continuously playing in her car. Instructions were very easy. Connectivity is incredible. I was surprised at how fast the BT connection synced to our phones. Yes, both of our phones can be connected to the receiver at the same time, but not sure how it determines which phone takes priority? We haven't tried to play music at the same time. What's incredible though, is that the our music is sometimes already playing by the time we turn the radio on after starting the car. The receiver is THAT quick. Compact size and portable so if we ever take my car we can easily unplug it and take it with us, and the range of the connectivity is decent as well. May considering picking up another one for myself though, so we don't have to swap it back and forth.

It works, but will deafen you with announcements
I hate this thing. It works exactly as I need it to, which is too be continually connected to speakers since I'm disabled and often listening to or watching media in bed on a phone or tablet. However it has one "feature" that has me already considering replacing it long before anything actually breaks. Anytime it's connected or disconnected from bluetooth, turned off or on, and ESPECIALLY anytime a phone call comes in, it will announce the status change in a robot voice AT MAX VOLUME regardless of what the volume is actually set to; the device volume controls only change the volume on whatever it is connected to, it has no internal volume settings. When a call comes in, that awful voice recites the incoming number one digit at a time, again AT MAX VOLUME, and it *keeps going even if the incoming call ringer is muted.* There is absolutely no way to get it to stop besides turning off bluetooth (at which point it screams "DISCONNECTED") or to get up and unplug the audio cable. I'm autistic and sensitive to loud sounds, and I want to slap whoever designed this "feature" across the face. I can imagine how annoying this must be while driving, if a call comes in and you can't take it due to needing to pay attention to the road, and then you cannot do anything to mute the robot screaming numbers at you. Maybe it's not as bad because the volume knob for the stereo system is within reach, but clearly the use case of an at home speaker system was never considered during this thing's design, especially not for someone using it from in bed with limited mobility. As soon as I can spare the budget I will be replacing this thing and sticking this one in a drawer as an emergency backup. Unfortunately the one that I bought this one to replace when the audio jack failed is no longer available to purchase, because it was perfect, its announcements were just a polite series of tones and it just played the phone's ringtone which of course would adhere to the phone's volume settings and would stop when the ringer was muted. I now feel like trying to find a replacement is like a game of Russian roulette regarding how any given device will handle alerts, especially given the likelihood that they may share mass-produced internals and firmware in different casings. I wish this thing had terrible sound quality, a bad connection, or other technical failings so I could rate it one star because that's how I feel about it (it does lose 3 full stars because for my particular needs it is awful), but that would be disingenuous. The battery life is a bit weak, though, my old one could go about 16 hours of high frequency use and this one only manages about half that. TL;DR if you're using this in any scenario where you don't have the physical volume of your speakers within arms reach, do not buy if you care about your ears being assaulted by status changes and especially by incoming calls, because this thing ignores your volume settings and will announce at MAX volume (and in the case of incoming calls *cannot be muted* even when you mute the ringer). Or just if you don't feel like needing to rush to turn it down anytime it happens. Otherwise I guess it's okay, but I feel bad recommending something with such lazy, inconsiderate design implementation.

The J22 is an extremely reliable bluetooth receiver for your car.
The J22 bluetooth receiver is a fantastic little unit that allows you to play music and podcasts on your old-school car stereo (as long as it has an AUX auxiliary port). It is extremely predictable and reliable once it is paired to your phone, immediately connecting when you power it on. It runs for 10+ hours on a single charge (which is via a USB-C port). It will automatically power down after a few minutes of being disconnected from your phone - great when you arrive at your destination - and avoid having to keep charging it. Sound quality is very good - at least as good as CD. It comes with both a short audio cable and that nice direct adapter for connection to your car head unit.Much better than finicky other bluetooth adaptors I have tried.

Buen precio, buen funcionamiento.
100% recomendable.
