BECAUSE IT IS A GOOD DESIGN.

THIS CASE HOLDS A 4.4" HIGH PHONE AND NOT THE 4.25" RUGBY 4 PHONE. HIGH PRICE FOR THE ITEM WHEN IT DOES NOT FIT. I WILL TRY SAWING A SECTION OUT AND SUPERGLUEING IT BACK TOGETHER, BECAUSE IT IS A GOOD DESIGN.
