Yes it does I have a Xbox one myself it works great I’m about to upgrade to a series x it’s going to work with too as I’ve been told

Can I add a stick shifter ?

Yes but certain shifters might require an adapter most will be plug and play tho.

Can the wheel be replaced with another wheel but the same base? Like a fanatec wheel?

Not sure I would rather not the wires are a pain to figure out

does it work with the logitech shifter?
