Great brand, green tea is so much healthier for you than coffee. It’s easy to transition if you’re trying to get off coffee. I suggest steeping 2-3 bags. Taste is wonderful, smells amazing! I love steeping it with blueberries and making my own freshers. Easy to play around and enjoy!

Love this tea brand. They specialize in organic teas and have a nice selection of flavors and bags. This particular green tea flavor is smooth and easy to drink, it doesn’t have the intense flavors that other brands often have. Highly recommend it.

Seriously, though, all laughs aside, this is a really high quality tea that delivers all the benefits and great taste that you want in a green tea. I drink two cups every single day, one in the morning and one at night, not only for the bodily health benefits (which are vast) but because I love the little sayings on the bags themselves. They are just such a nice way of framing your mind. A full commitment from this tea is what you're going to get and you won't get it quite like this from any other tea.
