what is the caffeine level I’m this coffee

These beans are 100% Arabica and for Arabica beans you have about 1.5% caffeine by weight.  The amount of caffeine in your cup varies by (1) your brewing method, (2) amount of ground coffee use (3) fine/coarse ground setting (4) how much coffee is in your cup.  A typical drip coffee using 8 grams of medium ground beans to 8 oz of water should have about 120mg of caffeine.  We recommend decreasing the amount of ground coffee to lower the caffeine and vice versa for a stronger cup of Joe.  Thanks for your question and keep on enjoying the best Vietnamese coffee beans.

I don't mind dark roasted coffee unless it tastes overroasted (to me) like most French or Italian roasts. Is that the style/taste of this coffee?

A bag of Moon Bear is 20 oz (or 567 grams) of coffee beans.  We recommend using 10 grams of beans (about 2 tablespoons) to brew a 6 oz cup of coffee so you can make about 57 cups of coffee with 1 bag of Moon Bear beans.
