I bought this vitamin because I work the night shift and do not get to see the Sun as often as I would like to. This vitamin is great quality and has clean ingredients inside of it, like most NOW products! The dosage is exactly what I needed, and I can genuinely feel a difference after taking it for over two months. The company recommends taking one day with a meal. My mood has been better, I have more energy, and overall, I feel more like myself now. I have not noticed any weird aftertaste and my stomach has not gotten upset after taking it either. It also comes with so many in the bottle, and the pills are tiny. This supplement is a good pick if you are low on vitamin D but of course talk with your doctor first. My only complaint is how the lid is on the bottle.
