Do these mark w/little pressure? Another brand I bought for my twins(16mo olds) need more pressure to mark for my little ones. Are these easy for them

Yes. But the paper texture is what makes crayons need more or less pressure. Rough paper = less pressure, smooth paper = more pressure.

are there refills for these or know if normal crayons fit when gone?

The whole thing is a crayon... it's one big crayon

Will this wash off a bath tub wall?

They are regular wax crayons, so wouldn’t easily come off a bathtub like other specifically made bath-crayons would.
