Easy to swallow even though it's a bigger capsule

What I've learned. This is 6% oleo whatever. One I got from iherb is 18% oleo whatever. that iherb one made me sick. with the runs that ran down all the way down the hall. NOW brand is a GOOD brand. I met their scientists at a trade show in Anaheim over a decade ago. These folks know what they're doing and they CARE to do it well. that's the difference between companies. NOW brand is always a good brand to trust and use. This says to take 1-3 a day. It's a lot nicer on the stomach doing it that way, than the other way.

I have tried several brands of olive leaf extract and this one is not effective and price is 6 times more. Try Urban Platter. This is indian brand and u can get in Rs. 400 for the same quantity and is very effective.
