Q: Does this umbrella tilt?

Yes it does tilt. The umbrella is a lot heavier than a regular umbrella and it comes out of the spokes when you open close it. I had to use glue at the ends to glue them in so they didn't keep coming out.

Q: Is there a way to buy a replacement bottom pole for this umbrella? Mine bent in some heavy wind.

Unfortunately I have not found one, mine did the same. I bought another and it was wood and terrible!

Q: My pool hold bigger than umbrella pole diameter by 1/2 inch, what can I use as a filler ?

I have the same problem. I did have a lower section of another umbrella that I used. I put this one inside it and it mostly filled the space. It was hit or miss finding it though.
