I started making iced matcha at home a few months ago because I wanted a simple afternoon drink that felt lighter than coffee. At first, I was still using regular sugar, but I kept running into the same problem where it either wouldn't dissolve properly in cold drinks or I'd accidentally make the matcha too sweet. After switching to these liquid drops, the whole process became much easier and more consistent. Now I just prepare my matcha, add milk and ice, then use a few drops at a time until the flavor feels right. I like that I can control the sweetness slowly instead of guessing with spoonfuls of sugar. It blends smoothly into the drink and doesn't leave any grainy texture or extra residue at the bottom of the cup. Some afternoons, I'm rushing between work tasks and don't want to spend extra time cleaning up or measuring ingredients. This makes it simple because I can just add a few drops, shake the drink, and move on with my day. I've also used it in different types of matcha drinks, including iced vanilla matcha, coconut milk matcha, and even blended smoothies. The sweetness stays light and doesn't overpower the actual matcha flavor, which was important for me because I still wanted the drink to taste fresh and balanced. The bottle has lasted longer than I expected, too, since only a small amount is needed each time. Over time, it quietly became part of my normal kitchen routine. Now, whenever I make homemade matcha, this is one of the first things I grab without even thinking about it.

This stuff is the real deal... I had tried Stevia-In-The-Raw only to discover it was mostly dextrose, with a few grains of powdered stevia mixed in. This stevia liquid is so much better - I can control exactly how much goes in without worrying about other sweetener fillers. 10 drops in a 20-oz tervis with 1 packet of TrueLemon or TrueLime makes a lightly flavored lemon/lime-ade without the sourness or sweetness. Perfect for my low-carb diet. UPDATE regarding WHITE CLUMPS: The second bottle I tried had a lot of clumpy bits in it that made it very difficult to use the dropper. My understanding is that this can actually be normal for stevia liquid. After searching I found several other comments with the same complaint, but with a bit of research, I think that this can be a natural process due to cold temperatures and lack of solvents (a good thing!) It's similar to when you buy raw honey and it crystallizes. I found it was very easy to fix. I poured out all of the contents of the bottle into a glass cup, added a bit of distilled water, and heated it up slowly (I used a microwave, only heating for 10-15 seconds at a time). Around 170 - 180 degrees Fahrenheit (using a temperature probe) the clumps completely dissolved and the solution was then completely clear. I then poured it all back into the original bottle using a funnel and a cut-up tea bag as a filter, and so far it is holding steady without recrystallizing. I had considered dropping my review from 5 to 4 because I would hope to not have to deal with this, but then I decided that since this is a natural process and it's at least partly due to a high-quality product I didn't want to reduce my score. It's just something I'll expect to handle next time.

I research many stevias on Amazon because of the bitter or metallic taste that users indicate on their feedback. However, Zalamat stevia liquid tasted great with no metallic or foul taste I use it for coffee mate moringa and matcha and my experience was awesome. I required a high dose to make my beverage sweet. Im hooked and will buy more. Homam

Update (from my April 2022 purchase experience): I've ordered this liquid stevia sweetener from Natrisweet multiple times since early 2021. Before it was as I mentioned below, it had a good, non-chemical sweet taste and I was able to add it to most beverages and enjoy it. Until now. I am sick of getting products for months or years and one day finding they are no longer the same. Whatever they've done, this liquid sweetener is no longer sweet. It is flat and flavorless, like adding water to everything. It doesn't change the flavor at all. Pointless. I was concerned when I started to notice others mention how it seemed watered down and hoped that wasn't going to be the case. Alas, it is true. So glad I didn't waste money on 2. Usually, I get them in pairs. Won't order again until I see a noteworthy return to better quality standards. So disappointed. This was my affordable alternative. Now it's just garbage. I've tried both Keto & Intermittent Fasting (IF). These sorts of diets require keeping one's sugar spikes low/steady in order to maintain or lose weight. I prefer IF. This means if I have morning coffee or tea, I need to forgo sweetener or use one that will not break my fast. I've used other brands of liquid stevia, but they are ridiculously expensive and they love to alter the formula frequently. I decided to give this a try based on the reviews and price point. I'm disappointed there is only one review out of several hundred mentioning keto or fasting. The flavor is in par with most other liquid stevias I've tried. Can't say for sure if it is legit in terms of not spiking my blood sugar during my fasting period. Only time will tell. Also, the dispenser is crap. Great for shipping and containment, lousy for dolling out the product. I transferred some of it into a smaller dropper bottle for easier use and calculated dropping. You do not get a true 8oz. Per another review, I too agree. I think it is closer to 7oz. It was an inch shy from the top of the unopened (new, sealed) container, not completely full. I'm hoping this doesn't actually break my fast else I'm going to be pretty humped and it'll be a complete waste of money and time. Fingers crossed. I will update if/when I can make a clear determination on the impact to my fasting period. Update*** Size I've since ordered my second bottle (the redesigned packaging version). Immediately after receiving, I dispensed the 8ozs of product into two separate 4oz dropper bottles. It topped both off and then some. So I feel confident they've addressed the inconsistencies with the number of oz in the bottle. The dispenser is still abysmal. Hence, why I transfer everything into dropper bottles. Taste I've grown to become used to the taste. Though it wasn't an issue before. It tasted similar to other brands of liquid stevia I've used. GI Impact/Breaking a Fast Through some trial and error - using this regularly - I feel pretty confident (assuming they don't change the formula later) this isn't breaking my fast when I use it in my morning coffee. Just coffee, this, and nothing else. I bought this because it was a 'better deal' per ounce than the other formulations on the market, and I hoped it would be suitable. So far, I'm pleased. No alcohol in the mix, sweet enough, and doesn't seem to interfere with my fasting phase.

This are great, for sugar replacement, I personally like the pyre brand better taste-wise. Takes a bit to get used to the taste.

be aware: this is NOT "liquid Stevia" this is POWDERED STEVIA IN WATER. It Still works, and the flavor is good, the only real flaw is that the dropper tip keeps getting clogged and I don't feel like snipping off the end to make it larger.

Clean and pure sweetener. Easy to use, dissolves quickly in cold beverages. Concentrated so it goes a long, a little is all you need.

This liquid Stevia is the real deal! Very concentrated and sweet, and as an added benefit has not kicked me out of keto when other brands have. Would recommend to both fellow "keto kids" and people just wanting to limit sugar intake!

A good stevia sweetener. If you aren't familiar with stevia sweeteners, they have a "taste" that takes a little getting used to. After using this product for a little while, you won't even notice it. Sugar probably has a taste to it, too - we're just so used to it because it's in everything. Anyways, after trying this product, I have found it to be very similar to the NOW brand stevia that I've been using for a long time, and this stevia is priced lower. I'm still trying to decide, but this stevia might not be quite as sweet as the NOW brand but it is very comparable if it isn't. I believe that this is my new go to for liquid stevia sweeteners, so long as the price remains lower.

I'm so bummed that the price skyrocketed on this item. Of all the stevia products I've tried, this one is heads above the rest. It has very little of that stevia taste and the first ingredient is stevia, not water like most brands. Love it, but bummed.
