These are perfect
The keycap puller works great, but I haven't used the switch puller. The brushes are much larger than expected, though still relatively small. Obviously the dimensions are listed but for reference, the brush handles are about as wide as a pencil, maybe a bit smaller. They were perfect for cleaning my keyboard after removing the keycaps, and are useful for plenty of other electronics. Even if I only use the puller once in a blue moon, it's nice also having the brushes, and it's what convinced me to get this product instead of another with just the puller. My wallet let out a little whimper spending so much for a few tiny pieces of metal joined by molded plastic, but it's one of those things where if you need it, you really need it. And the price could be worse, I suppose, but with the brushes the overall value is still pretty worthwhile. Now, get yourself one of these pullers and get to soaking your dorito-crusted keycaps in some soap water, ya filthy gamers

No Surprises
Key/Switch puller are perfectly adequate, the brushes function as brushes, and there's nothing super amazing about any of them. The brushes do tend to shed some bristles after a while, however.

Works well for Corsair K95 keyboard
I haven't tried the switch puller side, yet. The keycap puller works perfectly, though. On my Corsair K95 RGB Platinum, the G keys on the left get stuck in the puller, I think because they're very widely flared at the base; I pulled those off by hand. All the primary 1U-sized keys pulled easily and quickly. I would definitely recommend it to a friend. I also used one of the brushes along with an electric duster to very easily and thoroughly dust all the hard-to-reach parts of the keyboard. I figured the brushes would be throwaway items, but they worked quite well for the task at hand.

Simple tool that makes the job far less tedious
When the labels of the key caps on my (somewhat expensive) mechanical keyboard were wearing through, I needed to replace the key caps. They can be pulled off with fingers or pliers, but it takes a fair amount of effort and there is a potential for damage to the key caps. This tool makes the process almost effortless. The wires slip around the lower edges of the key caps, and a straight pull upward breaks it loose.Even if you aren’t replacing the key caps, you might want to clean your keyboard now and then. The brushes that came with the tool make that easy. There was a bunch of dust and pet hair under most of them.

Works great for removing keycaps from vintage computer keyboards
I've used this on an assortment of computer keyboards to clean keycaps, replace key switches, and perform general cleaning. This tool is inexpensive and works just great. If you lose it, no worries, just get another one. The brushes included are a nice bonus and also work well. They won't stand up for aggressive cleaning but they are thin enough to work around the small crevices in a keyboard. I'll just buy some more when these wear out.

Work well
Used for my laptop and it removed the keys pretty effortlessly, with minimal force. Brushes get in all the little tight spots.

Durability
The brushes are great, but keycap and switch remover combo is good, but not made with great material. They are already bending after a couple of uses.
