What is the upper made of? Description is not accurate- says suede, leather, and other places fabric

This is my 5th pair of these. All have bedn made of soft but sturdy leather that holds its shape

What is the height of the heel?

Although it looks higher, the heel is actually one inch.

The header states suede, the body of description states full grain leather...it also states my last purchase (which was NOT suede) anyone know which?

perhaps in the different choices, some do have suede, some full grain leather, others do not.

I found these have no arch support either, as u say almost seems to make yr arches fall more. Hope you found a solution. Im thinking maybe inserts?
