Hi everyone- the 16oz jars- how wide are they ?

They are sold as wide or standard lids those are the only two sizes

where do you get spare lids? these seem wider than most 8cm?

They're available in two sizes regular and wide mouth,i get mine from amazon or a quick internet search, only use well known makes as the unbranded lids don't always screw on and the metal doesn't seem to of a good quality.

Is there any jar i can simply attach my nutribullet and blend

Not these or any mason jars.. you will need to buy the ones that are for the Nutribullet.

can anyone in the uk recommend a pressure canner please

I use presto 32qt pressure canner it holds 2 layers of pt jars ,you will need to get the additional tray to stand the 2nd layer on and if you're in the UK you'll also need the 15lb pressure gauge,I got mine off Amazon usa as it was much cheaper than uk.hope this helps
