Plantronics PLNHW520 EncorePro HW520 Premium Binaural Headset (Renewed)

I ordered this because my cat had chewed my headset cord on my back up headset. I was a little hesitant because it's refurbished, but decided to buy 2 since my cat loves chewing cords if she gets a chance. They look brand new and work as well as my work headset. You do need the adapter for it to work with your Cisco phone or the adapter for it to work with your pc. I never know for sure if I'm working from home due to weather or illness, so I have a back up set of everything, but my company wouldn't supply a second headset. Great quality, great price!

Does not come with proper wire to plug into computer. I had to order an adapter to use the headset. Otherwise product is good.

When I got my headset in the mail, it was completely stretched out on the headband/ head part of it, it is completely non functional because it is missing some kind of USB adapter, so there is no way to plug it in or use it at all. I attached comparison photos to what I expected to receive (my old pair I was replacing)

I was skeptical about this refurbished product, took a chance. However I was happy that it works and in great condition. like new. I work from home and this Headset is Awesome!! Thanks. Good sound quality.. it's not a Dre beats headphone but gets the job done!

I dont care for these headsets. I ordered a replacement for the one my company gave me. I have big ears so it fits weird. But i got my order fast and the seller is nice. I was just dumb and ordered the wrong thing.
