Perfect replacement/fit for what i already had. I’m guessing the manufacturer of my boat used the same thing. I didn’t need to drill any new holes in the deck, which is always good. Good refresh for the money. Installation took less than ten minutes. Quality seems on par with what was there.

This is perfect to secure a cooler to the floor of your boat. I used this in conjunction with an igloo marine cooler and it worked perfectly. Please note that these do not come with screws and you should purchase the proper stainless steel screws to mount them. Also they will collect dirt under them unless you figure out a way to seal them to the boat floor. Other than that they do exactly what they are supposed to. I installed them in maybe 20 minutes tops. Set down your cooler, place these underneath, slide the cooler to where you want it positioned, make sure the mounting brackets are tight against the cooler and mark. Pull up the cooler, drill your holes using the brackets as guidelines (make sure you have the proper drill bit for the size screw you are using,) put some marine grade silicone sealant in each ones of the holes and screw down.

Perfect it keeps my cooler in place and well made too..

As advertised - seems comparable in quality to the brackets that I just removed after many years of use. Note that the screw holes are 2.5 inches apart at the center and the mounting holes form an inside angle of 110 degrees. If you draw a triangle with two sides of 2.5 inches and one side of 4.125 inches (4 1/8th) then you have a template that you can use to match up against your existing holes. The inner bracket has a turn radius of 1 inch but because of the long sides you could likely fit a cooler with a turn radius up to about 2.5 inches. I took a risk buying this because i didn't have these dimensions until it arrived - that's why I took a star off the review - these details matter and should have been published by the vendor.

Just the parts I needed to replace my old kit, which was brittle and half broken from constantly battling the elements in the Florida Keys. Wish they made a stronger product. Seems like the life on these is 2 years or so.

Exactly what I needed for my center console 18ft. Tested out thoroughly running in and out of Hatteras Inlet, and out in the big water of NC. These things work great! I did backfill the holes with 5200 sealant, as I do just about anything that screws into my fiberglass decking.
