Portable Physical Therapy ESWT Extracorporeal Shock Wave ED Treatment Pain Relief Machine with CE

I thought this was going to be a great machine. Well I will start by saying, this is very loud. The unit didn’t come with much to tell you how to use it. No instructions as to which head is best for what. No information for how long. No nothing. The first use I used without hearing protection. My ears felt like I had been to the range without earplugs. My ears rang for a few hours. I thought next time cover my ears. The second use I had my sound canceling ear buds in. I could still hear the sound of this machine but much better and the music helped to distract. During this use I found that the head attachment had unscrewed and had almost backed out completely. Third try same thing. The head unscrewed again. After 3 uses I can see this issue is only going to get worse. I only used 3 times so don’t really know if it helped. I can only say it’s very loud and it comes apart during use.
