Q: Can your product be refilled?

Yes this canister can be refilled endlessly once you locate a source of liquid nitrogen in your area but here's the downside: While the nitrogen is very inexpensive, the stores (typically welding supply outlets) refuse to sell it to you unless you have a special regulation container to transport it in, which are FEROSCIOUSLY expensive. I couldn't find a 1 litre transport container (the best size) for much under $200 even on line. Hope this helps.

Q: Does it come filled with nitrogen?

No it does not, but liquid nitrogen is VERY inexpensive. What is expensive however is a regulation vessel for transporting it home (vendors won't sell it to you unless you have one). I couldn't find one for much under $200.00!
