Very nice. Extremely sturdy. I have not been able to use it yet, but I can see that it won’t warp by the material it is made with. It will be very versatile for me to use. Love that it comes with its own rack.

Nothing has stuck to this pan so far. I’ve even cooked sticky chicken right on the pan, and it washed off easily.The rack works great too.It can be hard to clean the little squares, but not any harder than any other rack with small openings. I use a small cleaning brush and it washes right off.

Just upon opening, my first thought was that this isn't the pan that you find at Home Goods or some other "off market" spot. These are extremely well made and feel very durable. They're made in the USA too. I'll update if I find something else after using them a few times. Otherwise, I would highly recommend.

The old saying of you get what you pay for has never been more true with this Pan. Yes, there is a wide range when it comes to quality and pricing. You can buy far cheaper pans several times or you can buy this pan one time. This is an outstanding product and worth every penny - BUY IT!. You will not be disappointed I promise.

Really enjoyed the attention to detail when opening this gift to myself. Very nice pan and screen. Washed this and stored for a chicken wing Super Bowl party down the road. It’s a big pan and can easily handle lots of food. Just cool after using but clean with soapy water and hand dry soon there after. Don’t let this pan sit and get stuck on grease or whatever. You take care of it and it will take care of you. Enjoy Follow up: Cooking on this was excellent. Just cleaned first throughly then sprayed with olive oil then put my chicken wings on it and let the oven do the rest. Soaked pan with soapy water after and it needed some brushing a bit but all came clean just fine. It took some time of course but well worth it. My over all thoughts on this pan. It could be only better if the mesh was not as fine. Like open more so as cleaning would be a bit better. Other than that it’s a no brainer. Buy it for whatever you want to cook on it.

So far, this sheet and rack have been a dream!!! I used them to bake wings in the oven. This rack fit 24 wings perfectly, and they came out amazing! Great quality and very sturdy. Glad I went with this item!

I got this to cook fried sushi rolls, chimichangas, corndogs, taquitos, burritos, bacon, on so I don't have to flip them while baking. It works as I was hoping for. As the package states on the back of it, the aluminum sheet isn't dishwasher safe but the steel rack is. I worked for a pizza delivery place back in the late 90's and early 2000's I seen aluminum sheets look completely dull, scratched up, and not pretty. But to say the least, they're meant for cooking, not showing off to others, which is a thing now for some reasoning....like I'm reading that it scratches to easy...it's stamped and compressed un-coated aluminum, what did you expect....5 star quality stuff here that can't scratch? Please, if you're so concerned about the cooking ware neatness, than go ahead and use aluminum tin foil to line it since that's what I do with bake ware and line the bottom with tin foil..... Also do yourselves a favor and get a brush cleaning style utensils since it's a little work to figure out how to clean the steel rack. You got to brush it one way on top, and change brushing on the bottom of it. So a little work to clean. I tend to bake stuff like the stuff I mention so I'm not cleaning it every time I bake with this item. So if the items I listed off are things you bake and don't like flipping or like them to cook evenly than this is the item you're looking for. I had less tear in the foods using this vs ones flat on baking sheets that you need to flip once. Ok so that's about the things I cook with it so it gets 5 stars for what I need it for. The bacon was a little thick and my buddy was guessing on were to bake those at so they came out ok...not great, not bad, kinda in between. Probably needed to be cooked at a higher temp than what he baked it at.

Great for when cooking breaded items to get both sides nice and crispy. We have all done the standard foil on a cookie sheet to only have the back half of the breading fall off. Plus a good life hack is using parchment paper under the rack to reduce the mess and leaves an easier cleanup!
