These are a fantastic protein supplement. They’re also milk based which i really like. My nutritionalist has told me these are a good choice for my protein needs. The only gripe I have is the cost. I buy a lot of these. And the cost is honestly way too high in my opinion. I am still giving them 5 stars for the product. But if I can find an exact product at a better cost I will switch immediately. And I am looking.

Note: They, like all protein shakes, go down in appeal as they come to room temperature while slowly sipping. Now I pour them into my Yeti right from the fridge and they stay tasty.

Delicious nummy nums! Sometimes hurts coming out the other end, if you know what I mean, but worth it for the gains.

It’s one of the few protein shakes that delivers 42 grams of protein and still tastes good. The strawberry flavor tastes just like the strawberry milk I remember from childhood—creamy, nostalgic, and smooth. It’s a little sweeter than I’d prefer, especially compared to some of the other flavors, but still very good. It’s a go-to for both of us as a post-workout recovery shake or quick grab-and-go breakfast. The only downside is the price, but it tends to be expensive no matter where you buy it. Even with that, the quality, taste, and digestibility make it well worth it—which is why we keep it stocked with the subscription. We purchase the strawberry version because it tends to be less expensive than the vanilla and chocolate versions (at least every time that we look). I would this a solid 4.7 starts: high protein, easy to drink, good flavor, easy on the stomach but expensive which is the one thing keeping me form giving it a 5.
