Perfection!
I ordered this as a birthday gift for my son and I simply could not be more pleased!! Beautiful quality, arrived 5 days early too. Packaged carefully so no breakage. Would absolutely do business with this company again. I can’t wait for 8/31 to give it to him. A nice bottle of his favorite whiskey to go with this beautiful set and I have the perfect gift for a very special man.

Lack of Quality
Purchase 4 glasses for a gift. Had three initials engraved on each glass. The letter on the right was not aligned and crooked. I was informed that that is how the J is set up for this glass. I asked for a refund and I would send the glasses back as the work is not satisfactory. I have not heard back from the seller in regards to a refund.

Update : Seller proactively contacted me and made it right.It arrived quickly and was packaged really well, but I was so disappointed when I opened it. My partner really wanted this for his birthday, but with the box, engraving, shipping and tax, it was over $152. Expected to be wowed and it’s just a wooden box, nothing special. The wood is kind of splintered and rough where it was engraved. The glasses are nice, but nothing special. Had this cost $50-60, it would be fine, but nothing special $152!

The glasses look great, but the engraving font size is too small, which makes them feel less valuable compared to what I paid. It would be better if the font size of the engraving were larger.
