Wiha 22 Piece ErgoStar® Ball End Hex L-Key Set, Allen Wrench Set, Metric and Inch

Wiha makes good stuff. I use these hex keys often for work, and the ErgoStar holders make these easy to live with compared to other holders. They swivel out all the keys, so you can easily select your wrench size you need. I have used these for years at work, and the ErgoStar holder has never failed. I don't want to use any other hex key L wrench after owning these. The wrenches are hardened nicely too, and I have yet to wear out any of these wrenches. The finish is smooth and does not rust. The length of the wrenches are good for breaking loose the really tight bolts. These are super useful for any tool collection I have owned a lot of L key sets over the years, some high end, some low end, but these have been the best for me. All of my co-workers also use these. I bought this set for my home use, since my work set has held up so long.

This is a great set of Allen or hex wrenches. I have had other sets such as the Husky set from HD but this one is better. I have yet to try the Wera but that will be next on the list.

Seem to be very well made, and they come in plastic holders that will turn all the keys simultaneously so the correct one can be removed easily. Very clever idea. Seem to be coated well and should last a very long time.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: These are the BEST Allen sets on the market!! Well worth the money! Excellent quality, removing a wrench from the set is awesome, turning one wrench 90 degrees (turn one and they all turn!) allows the wrenches easy be removed and replaced. Very high quality!! Functionality: easy to get the wrenches out of the holder and easy to return to holder... Grip: Nice bead blasted finish with a hard plating Design: ball end on each wrench allows the wrench to the screw head at an angle making it easy to remove and replace fasteners.

Came packaged nicely, origin marked Poland, bigger keys marked with brand, size and origin. Nice organizer/holder. Seems to be manufactured to the highest standards. This is just upon arrival and inspection. Durability to find out, pretty pricey, but if you know you know. I’m hoping that the ring holder function on the ergo end is not a gimmick and holds fasteners, well, and lasts.

As an industrial mechanic, I use these tools daily. After a decade of use, they're still performing as well as the day I bought them. Can't break them, can't even round off the corners. An incredible value. Worth every penny.

I have been using these for last ten years. Then I bought new ones from Amazon. The quality seems totally different. See the pictures original ones which are still with me have a made in Germany on the the wrenches and the one I bought those does not have. Also when used they are loose fit with socket head screws.

They are pretty and the holder is well made. That's about it for the positive. Not that great for the price. There's better brand out there for much cheaper. Some of these were bent a little, So I needed to straighten them. So that they look parallel in their holder. First job I did with it the hex wrench bent in my hand. This was about 30% less tork than I can apply with the hex wrench I use everyday at work. So I return them.
