Be careful if you are buying for an iPhone 12
Have been using Zagg products for years but this iPhone refresh I am extremely disappointed for several reasons. Purchased two of these for my two new 12 Pros and now have to get a new set of screen protectors because of faulty instructions and poor quality control.1. The instructions clearly say "Device Name Up" but do not distinguish from 11 or whatever iPhone 6.1 2020 is. So if you are using this screen protector with an iPhone 12, that means you have to use the other side of the template or it will come out crooked. I attached the picture of what my template looks like on the "other side" and it is very hard to tell what it was trying to say. If the instructions called out there are two different versions (it doesn't) then I would have looked more carefully.2. Zagg advertises this screen protector is case friendly. They do not caveat any specific case. When I called to complain that this screen protector bumps up against the case (before I realized there were two sides to the template), they said it is a known issue with Defender cases. Um, really? There should be an asterisk or something that calls that out. Nope.So here is the deal, be careful if you are purchasing this. For an iPhone 12, you have to use the other side not simply "device name up."

Product is flawless, DON’T listen to the IGNORANT REVIEWS.
For all the IGNORANT reviews claiming they weren’t told to use the bracket on the otherwise, bracket to small etc.. They obviously did not read the instructions. See my pics.Note: this is installed on an iPhone 12Step 2. Place Tray - DEVICE NAME SIDE UP.See my pics of the names on the tray. Inside says one phone the other side says iPhone 11/XR. In the description it says it will fit the iPhone 12, 12 pro, 11 and XR as they all have the same screen size. Also says it on Zaggs website. This is fool proof. Clean you screen, place bracket on top of phone, peel adhesive side. Then grab the 2 plastic tab and sit it inside the plastic frame. Push your finger down in the middle and watch it start to seal. Now if you every bought a glass protector before you know there can be bubbles. That is why they say press down in the middle. If there is bubble use the cloth to run over the spot to move the air bubbles out. Three after about 24hrs you’ll likely not see any bubble.Glass is great, feels smooth, no sensitivity touch issues, covers whole screen and is case friendly.Buy, read instructions, be happy.

POOR INSTRUCTIONS - use other side of tray
I agree with other posts that you must use the OTHER side of the tray - NOT the side that reads iPhone 11.I’ve never had a screen protector but thought I’d try it with the 12. I thought it would be flush with the phone but it’s not quite the exact same dimensions. Perhaps that’s to accommodate cases I don’t know but I can’t believe I paid almost $50 for this thing

BUYER BEWARE
This may be designed for a 6’1 phone but it’s not specifically designed for iphone 12 models. What that means is that when you use their tray and you think you’ve placed it perfectly you find out that it’s placed all the way off to one side with a big gap in the other. Do your homework and buy something specifically designed for iphone 12. I made a huge mistake

Affected the touch sensitivity of my iPhone 12 Mini
I was happy with the quality of the product and how easy it was to apply to my iPhone 12 Mini screen, but I noticed immediately that there were issues with the touch sensitivity of my screen after application. Swiping up from the lock screen was much more difficult (sometimes requiring 6-7 attempts before it would work) and even sometimes attempting a long-tap to open options from an email notification doesn't work. Wish I could return it but obviously it's not returnable. If anyone knows anything about a satisfaction guarantee, please let me know. :(

Expensive, but worth it if it works as advertised and you have a high end phone
If it does everything it claims to do, it’s great. Unfortunately, there is no way to verify its claims. It does seem to provide significant crack and stretch protection as I’ve had these for years and never broken or scratched one.It does show fingerprints and needs periodic wiping down.Even if it does what it claims, which I am betting/hoping it does since I bought it, it is still overpriced. All that considered, I am apparently willing to spend $50 on the promise it will help to protect my $1300 phone, block some blue light and keep bacteria down some. You might want to do some research before you spend the money to see if any independent test show it works as advertised before you spend the extra dough.

Not as advertised
Description says the screen is fingerprint and smudge proof. Unfortunately every time I touch the screen the fingerprints are very visible, in fact this is the worst screen protector I’ve bought from Zagg and I’ve been a long time customer. Secondly the screen protector leaves the edges of the phone unprotected. For $50 this is definitely a lousy excuse for a protector.

Protege tus ojitos
Me gusto... tiene un color muy tenue que protege tus hermosos ojos de los rayos dañinos, antes después de usar el cel por un rato ya me lloraban los ojos. Hace que el blanco no se vea tan blanco pero ni se nota mucho
