Exactly the same. I started with white and it was white when I was done, just more rigid.

yes it will help prevent particles from becoming airborne it also adds rigidity to the inner surface to prolong the life of the insulation you may need to reapply a few times until you get the desired hardness after it has set and dried ...you can use high heat to speed the dry time up

Q: Can you reapply a month later after used 3 times?

Yes, as long as you maintain a good seal on the new product and keep it in a cool dry place.
