TRUEplus Glucose Tablets, Tropical Fruit Flavor, 6 Bottles

My grandmother really likes these. As a type 2 diabetic, her sugar crashes quite a bit overnight and these help raise it quickly. She does sometimes enjoy them too much. No side effects. Great value for the money! Super easy to use and tastes like candy.

I've been, unfortunately, using these glucose tablets for years. If my glucose level was better controlled I wouldn't heed them at all. In those emergencies these (tropical fruit flavor) TRUEplus are the delicious answer. This is medicine not candy. I find them to be reasonably priced in the large bottles and small tube multi-packs.

They work as intended. The taste is great. I dont think they have a shelf stable date.

I am not hypoglycemic but have always had issues with getting shakes and feeling weak when I forget to eat. I keep these in my bag and they help buy me sometime till I can eat something substantial. Taste good too!

These are fine tablets, easily dissolve if you'd rather not chew, break fairly easily along the scored line if you want a half-sized dosage, and this tropical fruit flavor tastes better (to me) than others. I've bought them several times, will buy again. They don't leave as much powdered material from shipping as do some other brands, so you get better quality tablets. In looking at other brands, these are a little lighter in glucose quantity but do their job effectively. If you need more glucose, just pop another in your mouth, or use another half.

Work well when glucose crashes

I don't have hypoglycemia, but I always experience dizziness and weakness when I forget to eat after having something. I always keep them in my bag, which can help me get through for a while until I can have something proper to eat.

Some Glucose tablets have a soapy after taste, However these great tasting tablets do not. They taste so good that I usually eat a couple of extras.
