Due to COVID, we've been stuck at home because our gym has been closed & when it reopened you had to wear a mask to workout, which we hated. So over the last 6 months, we've been getting weights and workout equipment to make our own home gym. I'm glad I decided to add this product. I already had some resistance bands, but they worked best for upper body exercises and didn't have a bar. I really like the variety of exercises I can do with this set and that I can get a whole body workout. I was able to find some good videos on YouTube that have helped me up my workout. It's extremely easy to assemble and took me less than 5 minutes. It seems to be made with quality materials. Unlike other latex products I've had, there was no smell when it came out of the box. Depending on your height, you can wrap the band around the bar to achieve the desired tension. I'm very happy with my purchase.

I like the sturdiness, durability and ease of use. I like the size. I use this product for exercise.

Why I am giving it 4 star instead of a 5 star has nothing to with how it works, but how it looks. This is suppose to be purple. The picture looks purple. The description says PURPLE. I bought it specifically for that reason. I hate pink! Not every woman likes pink or wants everything marketed for woman to be pink. Even the box looked like it was suppose to be purple. What I got was a pink bar! VERY Pink!. No hiding it. No confusing it. PINK. You'd have to be color blind to think it wasn't anything other than pink. So, be warned you may receive a pink one instead of a purple on, if that matters to you. Other than that, works fine. Does what it is suppose to do.

It's a great idea, but the resistance bands have no resistance

Being stuck in the house I notice I am not getting much exercise. I work from home full-time now so I wake up, go to my desk work all day there and then tinker around my home. I ordered this in hopes to be able to increase my energy level and get in some much needed exercising. I have practiced a little with yoga and I liked the stress relief and serene feeling it brings. This pilates bar seems like a great place to begin. Its simple but very effective. They include a booklet that shows different exercises you can try. The bar is easy to hold and feels comfortable when using. I haven't quite got into a set routine. I have just been practicing seeing what works best for me. I love the way I feel after a good workout I just need to find the motivation to work out!

This gives me such a good stretch no matter the area in working on. Whether it be back arms or torso this is exactly what I'm looking for in a home workout equipment. I love incorporating this into my pilates routine on Tuesdays but I've also figured out ways to use it during yoga Thursdays and am constantly going to try adding it to as many routines as i can

The bands were too long and the bars would not lock in tightly. I was also missing a piece.Again I didn't get a refund.

This is above all my favorite bars. I get a complete workout in 15 minutes in the comfort of my home.Can’t beat it.

Exactly as described love it

When I bought it I thought it’s what I was looking for it. But when I received it, it wasn’t what I expect it. I tried to return it, but had to pay a lot for shipping! So I couldn’t return it neither use it!

The box was broken and looked like the product had been used. I had to drop off package at UPS - nothing was easy with this purchase

Item was received in decent amount of time, decently made (not high end but worth what you pay for it). My only real negative was that is was the wrong colour. So, decent.
