Works very well
While I usually prefer using simple foldable mats while DMing, these are really nice if you want to deal with variable sized maps or reveal the map as the players move through it, expanding it as they explore. There's also a nice use case for using the different tiles for different levels. A very worthy tool in any DM/GM's tool kit. I have had no issues with the product so far, however it does seem like the puzzle piece cut shape might make it prone to accidental damage on the interconnecting edges if not handled carefully over the use of several years.

If you don't mind driving your own stuff, this is the best.
As the title suggests, this is the absolute best direction to go if you don't mind drawing your own maps. If you do mind drawing your own maps, you are either using a digital display, models and tiles, or you should start actually playing the game properly.

Exactly what it says on the tin
These are exactly what the description claims. Sturdy wet/dry erase tiles you can use to prep an encounter map and place as the party explores. 10/10

Wanted to like them, but ultimately decided to buy another Megamat.
I bought these as my 15 year old Chessex Megamat had too many stains from pens not being cleaned off. (Left it in the car one summer after using it for Free RPG Day and forgot to wipe off the final encounter from DCC RPG's Elzemon and the Blood-Drinking Box) I had also used permanent marker on it once, and being well used, I started looking for an alternative. I hesitated on just getting another Megamat as they are now double sided and I really liked the old cloth backing. After looking around a bit, I settled on these. I have already moved them to my "stuff I don't use pile" as they didn't all match up perfectly on the lines, and the thin pieces where the tiles connect were already rising off the cardboard (out of the box). I used them for one game and between the weight of carrying them around and the imperfect lines, I just decided to get another Megamat. I'm quite happy with my choice. The Chessex Megamat is the better product. Sorry guys, I wanted to like these but they take up too much room, have too much weight and just don't give me the solid grid I want when playing. Also, an uneven table surface (like two tables pushed together) causes these to have some issues as the tiles are thick cardboard and if they can't all lie flat, they bend at the joints making for a jumbled playing surface.

A nice addition to a GM's arsenal
Overall these are a nice addition to a GM's arsenal. They're great to have sections of your map drown out and then put each out for your players to see only when they need to. I have some issues though with the connecting tabs, right out of the box some of them shown wear and were de-layering. Also, the lines don't match up exactly if you don't get the right two pieces together and for a person with OCD like me, this can be an annoyance. The box they came in can be used for transportation and storage with little issues. Oh one more thing, I wouldn't recommend using wet erase markers on these, they have a tendency to wear off and or bleed onto other sections while in transport.

Good product
They look grate. I had to try them out and a lot of the comments says that the lines don't match up. They do if you turn them to get them to match up. I was worried about that when I Read the comments I hope that the people read my comment who had Purchase them. just don't spill liquid on them you mite ruin them

Great Purchase
Great set. I have a large rollout mat but have wanted to try these. I like their versatility and how easy they are to draw and erase on. Fantastic!

Not a bad deal just hard to clean
I loved it for its versatility the only down side is even if you use dry erase markers it dont want to erase easily it always leaves a faint mark and you really cant use anything wet to clean it as its made of cardboard.

Works well bit not perfect.
Not all the pieces fit together right and can cause a bit of damage but other then that works as intended. Happy with my purchase.
