Seller given a non working insurance voucher which cannot be activated. Requested fir return but no reply from seller. Filing complaint with authority

The warranty is easy to apply and the confirmation for an extended warranty on the product purchase comes instantly. Money's worth for the time it covers.

Cordless mike is preferable in classrooms also in meetings of small gathering.
Cordless (Blue tooth) not included in pack. Instead cord microphone is included. FM is not working. We can't keep quite away speaker from lecturer in classroom.
