Great float. Lightweight, strong, no drag I wish I bought this years ago
I am very happy with this. Tried it today. Very good visibility, very aerodynamic no drag. I had recently bought an Atoll style small board, but this is much better, wider, more stable. I find the Atoll style boards are very low on the waterline and not as good to be seen by boaters as something that inflates higher up. I can inflate it quickly, it is very lightweight and does not need any lead weights at the bottom to stay upright. I can stash a camera with an underwater housing, bottle, spare stuff. The flag is kind of small, and I used a larger flag from a different float.Anyway, I was in rough tidal currents today and I felt no drag. But I used a Salvimar bungee line with Dyneema core. The lines that come with most float are too thin and not appropriate. The price is right, in line with what these floats cost in Europe. I was debating whether to get this one or a similar, pricier in PVC. This one is strong polyester, so it will not soak water, look darker when wet like nylon, and is more flexible than PVC. This seems strong enough. The other brand's model is orange, it has more D rings so, it may be an option for some.It is Important to not not to overinflate it, especially if left in a hot car, as air expands and may rip the zippers, which are anyway solid looking.I wish I bought this before. It is great also for fighting the currents if you get on top of it with your chest and fin, like a boogie board.

Hookah Rig set up for SCUBA
Purchased with the idea of setting up for a Hookah with a SCUBA tank. Placed a steel 100 cubic foot SCUBA tank (weighs approx. 45lbs.) with 1st stage on the boat and then used a 25ft. low pressure line to my regulator. Boat has small rings at the front where I was able to fasten a strap system to hold the tank. Worked fine on a float down our Florida rivers. Was able to carry the large SCUBA and a dive belt (another 8lbs.) without sinking and provided plenty of visibility. Looks like it is rugged enough to last and is versatile for spear fishing etc.

quality product
Used it only once but made a huge difference in my snorkeling experience. The flag works great, and it gives me the peace of mind of being able to float in case of emergency + carry stuff with me if I need to.The added safety allows me to explore more and stay out much longer

Solid for the price; not premium quality
I’ve used this once so far for spearfishing, and found it very effective. There are plenty of d rings and fastening straps for a float line, stringer, and two spearguns. The compartment was helpful for stowing dive savers, like an extra mask, and a water bottle; I managed to stuff in a mask, snorkel, water bottle, extra rope and some snack bars with room to spare. It was easy to get my torso on and kick with, and didn’t drag too heavy behind me. The outer material seems reasonably strong for the price point, and I felt confident with it as a safety device; 3 air compartments means if one fails, you have 2 more to stay afloat.Where quality is most obviously lacking is in the detached inflatable compartments, which you insert and zip in. They appear to be made of the kind of cheap plastic you’d find on a child’s dingy, and would not survive much in the way of heavy pressure nor sharp objects. The nozzles to inflate them are also very basic, and do not line up perfectly with the (thoughtful but slightly misaligned) holes in the outer material, which allow you access to inflating. It’s a minor issue I can live with at the price point, but it is a bit of a hassle to inflate and deflate, and I foresee needing to patch and/or replace the inflatable compartments at some point. Hopefully one can order those! The zips also seem questionable at one end of their seam, but no fail yet…I didn’t try out the flag, but the positioning of the flag sleeve looks like it could interfere with comfortable paddling/kicking by pushing the flag in your face… but I’ve not tried it yet, so TBD.I think this is a solid choice for the price point, and meets my need for spearfishing small to medium sized fish. I would want something more heavy duty for large fish who could drag a float under water.

Really great dive flag and raft!
We just bought this to use for snorkeling a few hundred feet off shore with our teenaged child, & feel quite safe that we can be easily seen by boaters. This SEAC is just as described, and provides a very sturdy raft for resting on. The material is thick and we are confident that it will last for years. There are many great straps and pockets. It even came with a long length of rope which we did not expect. One small negative thing is that the flag is not regulation size, so we are buying another flag to replace it. This is a high quality item at a great price!

A great float.
I like this float a lot. Pulls easily through the waves, but also big enough to rescue a blackout, load fish, keep a water bottle, and act as a line diving float. The speargun straps are a little bit weak, but not a real problem unless you get in a major surge.
