WARN HUB Wireless Bluetooth Receiver for Truck, SUV, and Jeep Winches

Being safety-conscious, I've always been a bit nervous about being at the cable length of my wired winch controller as a snapped winch cable under load can whip back and cause bodily damage. I found this WARN 103945 Wireless HUB Receiver and Phone App on Amazon and ordered it because I saw that another reviewer has the same model winch as me.I'm pleased to report that this wireless hub does fit and work with the older XD series WARN winches also. I downloaded the app for my iPhone from the App Store. It was easy to install, easy to pair with the hub, and works perfectly. The app is well thought out in terms of safety features and reliable operation.I'm very pleased that I can stand much further away from the winch when operating it. While the hub is a little pricy, it is well worth the price for the convenience of operating the winch and safety. I've not had any issues with the hub running down my truck's battery as some have reported.

Great addition to my winch. This works great with any smart phone. It's permanently mounted so there's nothing to keep up with.

This is much cheaper than buying batteries for the Warn wireless remote control. iPhone batteries are always working. Can’t say that for the remote control. Warn uses one weird battery. You can’t buy it in a drugstore or a grocery store or a hardware store. Hard to find. This device makes life much easier. It’s right on your phone works perfect!!

So I got mine today. Everything works so that’s worth 4 stars to me. That said, I have some complaints. First off the original remote for my winch was supposed to be wireless but was recalled. This should have been offered at that time as a replacement but instead I was shipped a wired remote. I also hoped there would be a way to shut off the remote but nope. You have to unplug it from the winch so it doesn’t drain your battery (per the manual). This is less than convenient in my case and just seems like if you want to run this to your engine bay and use your phone as a remote it could at least have an off or sleep mode. 1 star off for lack of effort.

I actually wasn’t expecting too much because I was a little skeptical since you had to use it in conjunction with an ap on your phone. I was so wrong! I live this thing. It’s super easy to install and use. When not in use you can unhook it from your wench to prevent battery drain. This really came in handy on the Rubicon Trail!! It help wench me out of some tight spots!!

App and remote worked flawlessly. Download was quick and four tie wraps in the package too. So happy I purchased it finely.

Easy to install and set up..

Put this on my 2018 Ram 2500 Powerwagon with factory 12K winch. It works great , took all of 5 minutes to pair up and get working. Now I can wich cable free at least 50 ft away!!

I haven’t had a chance to try this out on the trail, but I can’t imagine any issues. Works well with my Warn Evo 10s. Set up was relatively easy, and I have permanently mounted it in the engine bay. It worked from 15 ft away from my vehicle, but I’ll have to try it from 30 feet away to see if it works.

Funciona tal cual, el problema es que lo tienes que conectar cada que lo quieres usar y luego desconectar ya que no lo ocupas. Fuera de eso esta excelente !!!

Took 10 minutes to install and connect to my phone. Works like a charm. Very happy with this purchase.

I am giving it a 4 because it stops me from videoing recoveries , needs to be installed and routed vs the quick plug and play wireless remotes and the app suxOn the good side it works well… super responsive and great feedback to my phone
