Q: (buying for wife) best size for 36 ddd?

I wear a size 18 or a 38DD - I have it in a XL that is a little tight in the arm pits and in a 2XL that fits more comfortably. They both look about the same and I like them both. I'd think an XL would fit for your wife.

Hi, I'm 4'11" with same bust. I purchased a medium in a nice olive color. I love the fabric (so soft!) and how it drapes. It is very flattering and not too long. I hate when shirts are too long since I'm so short. It's a nice comfy shirt that hides the pudge. Lol I hope this helps.
