My wife uses quite a lot of vanilla in our misc. morning breads- pancakes, waffles, etc. I got this as a surprise for her, and presented this along with a quart bottle of Almond extract to her as a simple gift. She smiled from ear to ear, we took quick photo and sent to our family of her holding up the two bottles and grinning.Priceless.Smells great.

This has an amazing taste! At this price point, it is definitely the best there is. The flavor (and scent) of this vanilla is pleasant, but not overpowering. I have used this in baked goods, in coffee, in cocktails and more. I would recommend again and again!

I really wanted to like this, but it has a horrible bitter- after taste. I used it in my pancakes batter, started with a small dose and worked up till I could taste the vanilla. But unfortunately it made the batter taste bitter. I didn't taste the bitterness or the vanilla after cooking it though, weird.

Each year I make Vanilla extract for Christmas gifts, this year's batch won't brake the bank. The only negative with this as opposed to previous year's is the addition of preservatives. No big deal.

Use this for keto desserts. Good price- cheaper than other brands.
