Does the pad have an always on setting?

It has a 24 hour setting and lower time setting but when that time runs out, it shuts off. There is NO permanently on setting.

I bought this for a feral and her 3 kittens. We had a cat house built double insulated and this will go inside. What temp is good for cats?

I bought this for my elderly cat who makes it her home. I believe it has 5 levels and I keep it on level 3. I leave it on day and night which is safe to do. Thank you for caring for the feral cats.
