Extends my distance for sure…
It more than most definitely extends my distance. I took it a step further by adding a parabolic reflector that’s for a different drone that I have. So now it’s got the complete yagi-uda setup and anyone who thinks this doesn’t help is doing something wrong. It’s not a miracle worker but you will definitely get 2000 to 5000 feet further out, especially with the way I have it set up, check my picture. One more thing, you need to change the transmission settings to manual and make sure you’re on the 5.8 ghz in the settings of the go fly app for this antenna to give you the most distance. If you leave it on auto when the drone automatically switches to 2.4 ghz due to interference this won’t be helping you at all, and the signal will suddenly drop out. So with manual and 5.8 selected it’ll never drop off. I’ve gotten out to 15k feet with my mini 3 before I chickened out and turned around, due to the battery tripping me out, not because the signal was low, and yes, of course it was with a spotter, blah blah blah. The spotter was my golden retriever, but he’s really smart you guys.

Trusted product
Extremely easy to put on and takeoff. It really does improve the capabilities of the drone.

It does work but there’s a catch.
So it does amplify the RC connection between the drone and remote. I’d say it gives you a good 20% signal boost but you have to keep the antenna pointed at the drone to get optimal performance and it doesn’t help at all with ground interference. In other words, if it’s line-of-site and pointed in the right direction, it works well and you get a big gain. It’s not magic.

Fit great, well made, did not get any appreciable increase in fly range.
For me, I didn't see any increased range. I was flying in a wooded area at 40 to 50 meters. I did change my frequency from auto to 5.8 mHz bands. It fit fine onto my antenna, is well made, and snapped right into place.

Less of a signal extender. More of a signal stabilizer.
I'm not going to go into the science of whether or not this thing can possibly work or not. All the engineers here have pounded that one enough. I am, however, going to mention that you likely will not be getting any better range using this 'extender'. You will get a much more stable signal though. I've purchased this for 2 of my drones, a Mavic Air 2 and a Mini 2. On both drones, I've done distance tests flying across a farm in the middle of Utah. All tests yielded the same distance... mainly due to battery life. Because of battery life, you will never get to the max distance of the OcuSync technology. On the tests with this 'extender' attached, the signal indicator in the DJI Fly app still showed normal loss of signal as the distance increased. However, the reliability of the lower signal strength was increased. For example, without the 'extender' attached, video quality will start degrade at around 3 bars of signal but control will remain good. With the 'extender' attached, video quality will likely hold steady until all signal is lost... even control. This will not help the signal go through solid objects such as a house or mountain and it is still susceptible to radio interference.

MAKES NO DIFFERENCE
I've used this antenna during my past 5 flights. I get no difference in range with it. I even changed the recommended settings in my app to manual and changed the frequency to 5.8GHz as well since it's a 5.8 GHZ antenna. However my range didn't increase at all. The thing looks pretty with all it's bling. I'll probably give it to my girlfriend for her Drone. She seems to like the look of it. However it just doesn't work for me. I wasn't looking for a miracle. I would have been happy if this thing gave me an extra half a mile. Unfortunately it didn't even give me an extra tenth of a mile. Just a waste of money. I'm going to look for something better.

I have no proof that it works but it's pretty cool looking
I really can't tell you if it works, I hope it works. It looks like it should work. It's easy to install and I can't say that I've seen any extended range but therefore in my case I don't fly it miles away from my house. Buy one and give it a try yourself and then let me know but I think you should buy one or two, even buy one few in-laws they would really appreciate that even if they don't have a drone

Yagi Uda Antennas absolutely work
This antenna absolutely works, which is undisputed 100%. This is a physical device and if properly attached (nearly impossible for anyone to do) will work as advertised. There are credible detailed reviews available (Drone Valley YouTube channel) that describe the proper use of this device. I recommend those giving negative review (saying it doesn't work) to go to this site in order to determine what "you" are doing wrong; use-case unrealistic expectation. The Yagi Uda antenna theoretical basis is tried and true and used widely in the industry, even as surviellance device utilizing its directional and high gain characteristics. Also, legacy TV antennas are based on this approach for VHF signal reception. This product from Skyreat absolutely works well and prospective buyers should buy with confidence.

Funciona pero no es tan efectivo
Es simple y fácil de montar en el control remoto. Solo sirve en la frecuencia de 5GHz y extiende el rango entre un 10 y un 15% nada más.

DO NOT BUY. WASTE OF MONEY
Did absolutely nothing to add or benefit my flying experience. To tell you the truth I think it hampered my signal than improve it. Total waste of money.

NOT for dji mini 3 pro!
THIS PRODUCT DOES NOT FIT THE DJI MINI 3 PRO RC AS STATED IN THE PRODUCT TITLE. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
