How can I order just the harness in the back?

i just directly spliced into the factory headlight wires.

When I turn on my high beams the lights go off. how do you get the hi beams to work?

I have this same problem. However there is a video on YouTube that shows you how. You will have to find hi beam wire within the headlight and fuse tap it and add it to a separate switch. However I did not do this. I just bought super bright bulbs and tilted them up a little bit.

Do these have the bumper mounts for the 2012 mustang on them?

No these are a exact replica of the 2013-2014 mustang headlights which do not have the bumper tab. Its not that big of a deal though and i have these on my 2012 car
