Best Torch for multiple uses.
Second one I've purchased. Works well in the kitchen as well as when lighting a well deserved Cigar at the end of the day. Large tank means less refills and you never have to wonder if it is getting low with the tank window.

Hard to fill, but works great once you figure it out.
I was doing some large-ish resin work, and wanted to use a flame to pop bubbles. This seemed like it would be easier than using an acetylene torch, so I tried it. (The resin was kind of a pain, but this did work to pop a lot of the bubbles). It's a lot of plastic, and as anyone who's ever used a plastic lighter can tell you, if you keep it lit too long, it's likely gonna melt, but I was surprised, it didn't show any sign of a problem while I was using it. (I used fairly short, moving passes over the resin, so not on for a long time on each pass.)I did have trouble figuring out how to get the gas into it. and I'm sure glad I did it outside, because I lost quite a bit of gas before I got the hang of it. Fortunately, the gas vaporizes the instant it hits the air, so no pesky spills to clean up.For ease of use, this is the bomb, compared to Acetylene Torches. Easy to hold, easy to ignite, and way smaller to store in the cupboard. I have both, and trust me, this will be my go to torch for anything that doesn't require a long duration, or super hot flame. It's basically a glorified lighter, but it allows you to direct the flame a lot better. I like it.

Great torch
Easy to use and no pesky saftey switch, flame strenght is good. I am a michanic so using it with one hand is a breez.

Fuel gauge helpful, can only ignite with nearly max flame setting
I couldn't get it to ignite until I use 2/3 or higher of a flame setting. This uses more fuel than I'd like, but usable.

Great torch, igniter will run out
Almost everything about this torch is great especially the price point. I have ordered many versions of this same torch and this is a nice one. The only difference from similar models is the candy red high quality paint job. It is used in a restaurant setting. Table side torch experiences are about impressing and this does that better than the black ones.We can get about 3-5 months out of the igniter. At the price point I don’t mind. It would probably last longer in another setting, but I’m not sure.It is not worth it to spend more on a lighter that claims to not have the same problem, they all do at various levels. 10-15$ for a torch with a gas gauge, a wide range of heat levels and a pull trigger rather than a thumb button is an amazing deal. The trigger is a huge deal if used over and over again. Your thumb will hurt pretty bad by the end of service with other ones, with a trigger you are fine. We never really use the hold flame button, but it works. In a busy restaurant things drop. They need to not stay on when they do lol.For completely different reasons (salamander maintenance) I have high heat testing equipment. We tested this torch against some ones claiming higher BTU and found almost no difference and this hits the quoted range. If you need it to hit the highest heat ranges you need premium fuel. We use simple camping stove fuel (also from Amazon, it’s a red can we buy in bulk). There is an attachment included that is pretty durable. It works with bigger cans like the ones we buy.Fuel is going to be much more expensive than torches and buying camping grade butane in bulk is saving me hundreds every few months. Refueling is easy, just follow directions. Empty with the red stick then fill in 3-5 second spurts with the flame intensity gauge at its lowest setting. Finally it is pretty drop resistant and sturdy. I have no fear of leaking or (god-forbid) gas related explosions. It is put together better than you would expect for the price point.I have not found any torch in the 20-100$ range that works better for our purposes. Some may last a little longer, but it’s better overall to just replace as needed rather than buy more expensive ones.

Somethings Burning
Living in the country comes with its own set of unique challenges, and one such challenge is the recurring need to burn leaves in the fall and dispose of limbs shed by trees during even the gentlest of breezes. However, I'm happy to share that I have discovered an exceptional solution to this problem—the efficient leaf-burning torch. This little torch has been a game-changer for me, and I can't recommend it enough to anyone facing similar challenges in their rural living experience. The torch's compact and user-friendly design makes it incredibly easy to ignite and manage fires.Compared to traditional matches, this torch provides a reliable and long-lasting flame that effortlessly ignites leaves and twigs, ensuring that even the most stubborn debris is burnt to ash. The torch's sturdy construction and high-quality materials also guarantee durability, which means it will be a faithful companion during the many falls. Not only does this torch make the process of burning leaves and disposing of tree limbs more manageable, but it also significantly reduces the time and effort required for these tasks. This has allowed me to enjoy the beautiful countryside while maintaining a clean and well-kept property.

Dangerous. Returning.
Dangerous. Flame still goes after shutting the flow of Butane. Retuning it.
