This is a great value and high quality for your money weightlifting belt! It is super easy to adjust, take on and off and stays in place well with the locking mechanism. I love the design and how comfortable it is to use during heavy lifts. If you have back and disk issues (bulging, or slipping discs) I would highly recommend using this! It will help you learn how to breathe properly as well (or look at videos to learn more) to help prevent injuries.

Miss sized...
I'm a 36....I ordered a medium....WAYY!!! TO SMALL. SO I ordered a Large... The Large just goes around my waist...the ends like barley touch in the front...Again I'm a 36...now I got to return two and get an XL... I like the constructio the size is way off order two sizes up..for real
