My ferritin levels were too low & were very slow to come up with the products I had been using so I realized I needed to increase my dosage. Other products I found had much lower levels of iron per serving. I don't know if it's a coincidence but within a couple weeks of using this, I started having way more energy & wasn't struggling with my normal fatigue/exhaustion. I haven't gotten my ferritin levels checked since using it, but this was the only supplement I added during the time where my energy started increasing. I seemed to be tired more often and after short exertion was out of breath. Otherwise healthy I check the symptoms and the only ones I had were slightly anemic. So I ordered this brand because it stated it was easy on my stomach. Well it's been 2 weeks of taking it and I'm not tired as much and the shortness of breath has gone. No stomach irritation either, nor constipation. Update!!! This strength raised my blood pressure a lot!! will have to look into smaller dosage.

Easy to take and hopefully works to boost iron better than prescription pills. It's just quite expensive for a supplement
