The screw would not tighten
Yes we put the holder on the right way and then tried to tighten the Allen wrench screw it would not tighten.VERY difficult to get in a position to turn it, it is literally a 1/4" from the wall and you have stick it in a 1/16th of an inch hole and try to turn it to tighten .Sent it back

Good utensil rack
We are mechanically challenged. Needed help to fasten rack to wall. Looks great, feels sturdy. Wish it had 2 more hooks. But we're satisfied

Looks great but a little flimsy…
I really like the way this turned out and was what I was thinking. The rod is just not has heavy as I was hoping and did not attach to the walk as well as I would have liked, but looks great!

Going to look like crap due to machining error
The media could not be loaded. I dont have time to write up a proper review for what was supposed to be a slick 10 minute job. They botched one of my holder supports and instead of being machined to sink a flat head screw so that the holder can be flush mounted, I will now have one side that is lifted 1/4 inch off the surface. You really do get what you pay for. Maybe in the future I will drill out a slot myself but that involves a clamp(or high risk of injury) and a specific bit size.

It's okay, but it's a bit of a struggle to take things off it
It's ok, but the the fact that the hooks move freely and have a little kink at the edge makes it less easy than it should be to take the cutting boards off the hook (or put them on), so that sometimes one needs to use two hands (one to hold the hook in place), which is not always ideal when cooking. Also, if you use for cutting boards, you can only for two, one at each end of the bar.
