My daughter has used different pitching aids in the past, one being the Spinform rubber disc, but this ball makes significant improvements on that. Easy to throw and catch like a regular ball, but has the training aids like the disc. We've used it for a few lessons now, and my daughter's instructor wants one for her HS team.

We have been using a rubber spinner, but this one is so much easier to have the feel of an actual ball, feel the seams for accurate finger placement, and easier to catch when practicing spins.

Great tool to help with perfecting spin and having the grip of an actual ball.

Seams close together on flat side. My daughter’s pitching coach has her put her fingers on inside of seams where they are close to get spin. Can’t do it with this ball. May work better for girl with bigger hands that uses a different grip.
