How do you know how much 1ml is is in the dropper

Hi, The dropper has markings on it on one side showing increments all the way up to 1ml. It may be easier to find them at first when the dropper is empty. 1ml is approximately 2/3 of the way up the dropper. Thanks, Tom.

Can I add it to my coffee?

I don't see why not, though the taste might be a bit peculiar. But it would be absorbed better if held under the tongue for 30 seconds or so.
