Does Fuse work with this amp?

You can download Fender Tone and it works with the amp via PC/USB. I use Fender Tone and I take screenshots of all my settings on the PC map images so I can refer to my own custom presets later in case they are lost. It takes all of 3 minutes to re-build any custom setting with up to two line in stomps, your amp of choice and up to two post amp stomp effects. All settings on the stomps are customizable via the software too. I have not seen a way to download and just put them in via the web though that might be available or forthcoming with new software or firmware pushes. To me it's not a big deal as I can build (rebuild) a custom setting from scratch in no time at all. The only limitation is the number of pedals you can cascade (2+2) but for this practice amp at this price I see that as no issue at all.

can i record through garage band?

I'm presuming you want to use the USB direct recording method as it is probably the best quality. I have Reaper software, but I don't see why you couldn't use Garage Band. How you connect things together depends on whether you have a Mac or PC. If a PC, you will need the Fender driver (see manual). Then you will need to configure Garage Band to get input from the LT-25 USB driver. I'm not familiar with Macs. Or you can just use the headphones out jack on the LT-25 as stated by others here.

it has a footswitch jack,can you go from a clean sound hit the switch and go into over drive for a solo ?

it has 50 digital presets similar to what some pedals can do with older amps. I have no idea what the foot switch jack is. But all of the presets sound very clean, it is digital. Buy it and try it and you can send it back if you don't like it.  Compared to the old small amp we had that got blown, this is like rocket science in an amp. All amps have their good points, but you will have to find out about the footswitch jack, I have no idea that there is one or why you would use anything but the presets on the amp itself.
