I love Amazon for the fact that when choosing, I can focus on reviews, this is the most objective observation of the buyer. And I try to write honest reviews because I know that it helps people in their choices. Especially when it comes to the comfort of people close and dear to us who have undergone surgery or are limited in their abilities. I bought two such ice packs for my husband, he had a very difficult operation, a total knee replacement with vascular necrosis of the bones and their rupture. Rehabilitation is extremely painful and difficult. He has been using these packages for a very long time. It freezes perfectly, we changed them every hour. It is an indispensable assistant that relieves pain. The packaging is absolutely airtight, the reverse side is very velvety and soft for the body. We took a large size, despite the fact that he is not a big man, only because he would cover all areas as much as possible and because putting it on and taking it off would be as painless as possible. Even though this size didn't fit, everything worked perfectly and even better, this cover was as complete as possible. Good ice Pack. Stays in place where you need it

I bought this for my mom because she tripped on the sidewalk and bruised her knee. It fits well and the soft side makes it more comfortable (less direct coldness) on the skin; however it is pretty cold to put straight in skin. I suggest they make something to put between the bare knee and ice pad, so the customer could reduce the coldness a little. The fit is perfect if you have a knee injury!

I really like using this ice pack for my knee. When I'm up and walking, I wear a neophrene knee brace. When I'm laying down and resting, the ice pad goes on. Very easy to use. Two straps for attaching with Velcro tabs. The one side is a plush type of material and the other side is plain vinyl. When you put it on, it conforms to your knee and is not stiff or frozen like some others. It is filled with a gel material that gives about 20-30 minutes of icy relief from pain and swelling. I definitely recommend this product.

I got two of these XXXL Knee Ice Packs and both of them had an issue with one of the wraps- which are attached to the ice pack- when positioned with the furry side to the skin. The Velcro type material wasn't properly positioned to it wouldn't connect on one of the two straps. And because the size of the ice pack is so generous, it is also quite heavy. Once strap is NOT enough to hold it on the knee. I was sad to have to return them because the size was the best I've found for fat legs with swollen knees, like mine.

I’ve been searching for a decent cold knee wrap after my total knee replacement and this one is the best I have found so far. Not sure about the size but I would consider my knee about average size and it almost goes the whole way around. The Velcro straps to hold it seem very durable. And it had both a soft and vinyl side depending on how much cold you want. It lasts for the 20 minutes I need it. I think it is a good value for the money.

Although I received an ice pack from the hospital after having a knee replacement, I was already prepared ahead of time purchasing this ice pack. It turned out perfect that I had 2 to switch off. One was already cold from the freezer. But, the ice pack purchased from Amazon is as good as quality if not better than the one received from the hospital. It is easy to wrap around the knee and fasten loosely or tightly with 2 velcro straps. My favorite part is the soft material on one side of the ice pack so when putting the pack on it is warm and soft rather than ice cold right from the freezer. Money well spent! It can be used on just about any part of the body with some adjustments of the velcro straps.

I just had a full knee replacement surgery,and I have been using this for the swelling, and to help with the bending, send it work's really well, and I would recommend it to anyone who has had knee surgery or injury.

After trying this ice pack you will not go back to a regular ice pack! As stated with instructions, allow to freeze for four hours, remove from bag and apply where needed. Velcro straps makes it so your ice pack remains in place whether standing or sitting. Directions say to only use for 20 mins at a time, although remains colder for much longer. I used to mess around with ordinary gel ice packs, having to put them in a tea towel and then remain perfectly still so it wouldn't slide around. Ever grateful I took a friend's recommendation to try Relief Ecperts ice pack. The Velcro straps are sturdy and well made, they don't impede the comfort of the pack. The plush coated side is very comfortable against skin, if you are going to use the nylon side I highly recommend using a tea towel or some sort of fabric between the pack and your skin. For anyone contemplating the purchase.....just do it! I was wondering why I didn't try it sooner. Top rating!

Bought this for my post-ACL ruptured knee, I use it after I exercise and it feels amazing. It is very easy to wear while doing other things and it does not give you frostbite like normal ice packs sometimes do.

I tore my meniscus and this is perfect for knee issues. The soft fabric side feels nice against one’s skin. The Velcro straps holds it in place. You can move around and it doesn’t fall off. Stays cool for a good amount of time. Great product to have at home in time when you need to ice a knee, shoulder, arm etc Good price point and good quality.
